Crocus Expo, part of Crocus Group’s Crocus City complex in Krasnogorsk just outside Moscow’s MKAD ring road, has 19 exhibition halls in three pavilions joined by enclosed skywalks. Myakinino metro station is on the site, so you can walk from the train to the halls without going outdoors.

Three pavilions hold 19 exhibition halls, divided by mobile partitions so neighbouring halls can be combined. Source ↗
The largest hall is Hall 19 in Pavilion 3 at 18,046 m²; the smallest is Hall 2 at 4,364 m². The venue publishes no total, but its per-hall figures add up to about 215,900 m². Source ↗

During events the pavilions open 08:00–20:00. Everyone passes metal detectors and bag checks, and hand luggage is limited to 20 kg and 60 × 60 × 60 cm. Source ↗

Where to stay

For exhibitors

Order services at least 5 office days before the event period; later orders cost 50% more. Cancel later than that and you pay 50%, or 100% from the first day. Prices are in RUB including VAT. Source ↗
BuildExpo is the general builder and makes all electricity, water, sewerage and compressed-air connections; connecting anything to the mains yourself is prohibited. Source ↗
Outside stand builders must be accredited by BuildExpo and have their drawings approved, or they are refused access. Source ↗
Only the venue’s Transportation and Logistics department may load, unload or lift with hoisting equipment. Your own forklifts and cranes are not allowed, and vehicles may not drive into the halls. Source ↗
Rigging limits are 90 kg per point and 900 kg per beam in Pavilion 1, and 250 kg per point and 1,600 kg per beam in Pavilions 2 and 3. Source ↗
