Getting there
- The venue is at Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, directly on the S8 expressway at the Paszków exit. Source ↗
- By car or taxi it is about 15 minutes from central Warsaw and about 10 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW), which the venue recommends as the best-connected airport. Source ↗
- By bus: ZTM suburban lines 703 and 711 run from P+R Krakowska to the Paszków stop, about every 30 minutes, usually 5:00–23:00. Check the current timetable before you travel. Source ↗
- Bus 733 serves the Centrum Mody stop. Paszków and Centrum Mody are in ticket zone 2; tickets are sold in most ticket machines and on buses. Source ↗
- Long-distance trains arrive at Warszawa Centralna, Wschodnia or Zachodnia; from Warszawa Zachodnia the venue is about 13 minutes by car. Source ↗
- Warsaw Modlin (WMI) also serves low-cost airlines, but the venue gives no travel time from there. Source ↗

- The venue lists no hotel on the fairgrounds. Its accommodation page names 11 partner hotels with a special rate when you quote the password “Ptak Warsaw Expo”, including Renaissance and Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport and the Falenty hotels nearby. Source ↗
For exhibitors
- Electricity, water, compressed air and ceiling rigging are installed only by Ptak Warsaw Expo. Stand power is 230/400 V and is switched off every day after the halls close. Source ↗
- Only the official forwarders, Netlog Polska and Transmeble International, may unload heavy exhibits with forklifts; you may not bring your own. Light items can come in through the freight gates on hand carts or pallet trucks. Source ↗
- Fees: a service fee of PLN 25 net per m² covers build-up and breakdown. Stand builders not accredited by the venue, or exhibitors building their own stand, also pay PLN 20 net per m². Service orders placed less than 7 days before the fair cost 30% more. Source ↗
- Deadlines: build-up dates are published at least 30 days ahead, and stand designs are due 21 days before the first build-up day. Source ↗
- The standard stand height is 2.5 m; taller stands must be reported or approved. Welding, grinding, spray painting and drilling into hall floors, walls or ceilings are not allowed. Source ↗

Is Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw?
It is just outside the city, at Al. Katowicka 62 in Nadarzyn (Paszków), on the S8 expressway about 15 minutes by car from central Warsaw.
How do I get there by public transport?
Take ZTM suburban bus 703 or 711 from P+R Krakowska to the Paszków stop, or bus 733 to Centrum Mody. Both stops are in ticket zone 2. Buses run about every 30 minutes, usually 5:00–23:00.
